100-Day Risk-Free Return
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you're not completely happy with your Quasar device, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Return Shipping
If the return is not due to product quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Instructions
Please email us at support@quasarmd.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a detailed reason for your return request. The device must be returned in its original packaging with all components included.
- If the device is dirty, damaged, destroyed, or not properly maintained per the Care and Maintenance guidelines in the user manual, the return will be refused, and the device will be sent back to the customer. No exceptions.
- If the device is returned without the original packaging or components, a $25 restocking fee will apply. No exceptions.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Return Shipping Responsibility
QuasarMD does not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for shipping the return back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for the value of the device.
