This Returns & Warranty Policy applies to purchases made on QuasarMD.com and is governed by our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your QuasarMD device, you may return it within 100 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns are accepted even if the product has been opened or used, provided it has been used as intended and maintained according to the care instructions included with the product.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
· The return request must be submitted within 100 days of delivery
· The device must be returned with all original components
· The device must not be physically damaged, destroyed, modified, or altered
· The device must show reasonable signs of normal use
Returns may be denied or partially refunded if the product is returned in an unsanitary condition, shows excessive damage beyond normal use, or is missing required components.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@quasarmd.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
· Quality-related returns:
If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or product quality issue, QuasarMD will cover the return shipping cost.
· All other returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Packaging & Restocking
Original packaging is strongly recommended to protect the device during transit.
If a return is received without original packaging or with missing components, a $25 restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
· Processing typically takes up to 7 business days after inspection
· Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Refund amounts may be adjusted if restocking fees apply or if the product does not meet return eligibility requirements.
Limited Warranty
QuasarMD devices are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
· Normal wear and tear
· Cosmetic damage
· Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, or failure to follow the user manual
· Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
Warranty claims must be submitted to support@quasarmd.com with proof of purchase.
The limited warranty is separate from, and does not extend, the 100-day satisfaction return period.

· This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws
