Purchased from QUASARMD? If you are not satisfied with your Quasar device and would like to return it for a refund (less shipping), please send an email to support@quasarmd.com to request an RMA number; give detailed reason for the return request. Returns for refund must be received within 90 days from the delivery date (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Once the RMA number is issued, we will provide the return address to send the device and all components in the original packaging. If the device is dirty, damaged, destroyed or not maintained per the Care and Maintenance standards referenced in the user manual, the device will be returned to the customer and refund will be refused (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Returning a device without the original packaging and all components will incur a $25.00 restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS). Upon return and inspection, a refund will be applied back to your original payment method. You will receive an email once your refund is processed. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing. 

QuasarMD does not provide return shipping labels. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and a tracking number for proof of delivery. 

Purchased from a RESELLER? Please contact the reseller regarding their return policy. QuasarMD cannot refund orders purchased from resellers.

We are committed to quality. Each Quasar device is rigorously tested for quality and performance. We warrant your device for a period of ONE (1) Year after the original date of purchase. This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising from NORMAL USE of the device. The warranty does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If the device is dirty, damaged, destroyed or not maintained per the Care and Maintenance standards referenced in the user manual, the device will be returned to the customer and warranty will be voided (NO EXCEPTIONS).

This warranty is only valid if you purchased your device from an authorized reseller or directly from www.quasarmd.com. If purchased from an authorized reseller, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase. Your 1-year limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It is important to register your device with us to ensure the warranty offered. Warranty registration must be completed at QuasarMD.com within 30 days of purchase. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing. 

QuasarMD is unable to provide warranty service (even for a charge) for any device not purchased from QuasarMD or an authorized reseller without proof of purchase.

QuasarMD reserves the right to replace a defective, discontinued or out of stock device with the current in-stock equivalent device.

If any problems surface during the warranty period, contact our friendly, helpful customer service representatives immediately at support@quasarmd.com, to allow us the opportunity to rectify any concerns.

Some of the LED bulbs appear to be off or not working. Is there a problem with my device? There are several infrared LEDs that will appear to be off, even though they are working. You cannot see infrared light with the naked eye. Please refer to your user manual for the correct LED Light Pattern for your device.
