PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM QUASARMD?

If you are not satisfied with your Quasar device and would like to return it for a full refund (less shipping), please send an email to support@quasarmd.com to request an RMA number (include the lot or batch number on your device and reason for return). Returns for refund must be received within 90 days from the delivery date (no exceptions).

Once the RMA number is issued, we will provide the return address to send the device and all components in the original packaging. If the device is damaged, destroyed or not maintained per the Care and Maintenance standards referenced in the user manual, the device will be returned to the customer and refund will be void. Returning a device without original packaging will incur a restocking fee. Upon return and inspection, a refund will be applied back to your original payment method. You will receive an email once your refund is processed. Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing. 

Please package the item securely and enclose your original invoice and write reason for return and your RMA number. QuasarMD does not provide return shipping labels. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED QUASARMD RESELLER?

Please contact the reseller regarding their return policy. QuasarMD cannot refund orders purchased from authorized resellers.

UNAUTHORIZED RESELLERS

If you purchase from an unauthorized reseller, warranty will be void. Below is a list of some (not all) unauthorized resellers:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If delivery is refused and the package is returned, shipping cost will not be refunded. Any fees, taxes and duties to return the package will be deducted from refund.

WARRANTY POLICY

Baby Quasar PLUS, Baby Blue, Quasar MD PLUS, and Quasar MD Blue
Your device is guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after its original purchase date. This warranty is not transferable if you sell your device to another party. If any problems surface during this lifetime period, contact our friendly, helpful customer service representatives immediately to allow us the opportunity to rectify any concerns. QuasarMD reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by this limited lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. QuasarMD's entire liability for any defective product shall not exceed the purchase price for the defective product. If purchased from an authorized reseller, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase to receive repair or replacement service. If purchased from an unauthorized reseller, repair or replacement service is void.

Pure Rayz and Clear Rayz
Your device is guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) years after its original purchase date. This warranty is not transferable if you sell your device to another party. If any problems surface during this five-year period, contact our friendly, helpful customer service representatives immediately to allow us the opportunity to rectify any concerns. QuasarMD reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by this five-year warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. QuasarMD’s entire liability for any defective product shall not exceed the purchase price for the defective product. If purchased from an authorized reseller, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase to receive repair or replacement service. If purchased from an unauthorized reseller, repair or replacement service is void.

Please email support@quasarmd.com before sending your device in for repair. We will most likely be able to trouble shoot your issue to avoid having to send your device for repair. 

Some of the LED bulbs appear to be off or not working. Is there a problem with  my device?
There are several infrared LEDs that will appear to be off, even though they are working. You cannot see infrared light with the naked eye. Please refer to your user manual for the correct LED Light Pattern for your device.
