Shipping

Free standard shipping applies to U.S. orders only (excludes weekends and holidays). Orders usually ship within 3 business days, but may take longer during holidays and special promotions. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is shipped. QuasarMD reserves the right to ship a package Signature Required to avoid lost or stolen packages.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a package is picked up and scanned by the carrier (UPS or USPS), the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. We are unable to retrieve or return packages that are in transit with the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier for late, missing or stolen packages (to file a lost package claim).

Orders are shipped to the exact address you provide in your order, please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error in your address after submission, immediately send an email to support@quasarmd.com so we can correct your address before your order is shipped. QuasarMD reserves the right to ship a package Signature Required to avoid lost or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. QuasarMD will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping addresses or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping addresses. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or a friend / family member's address. QuasarMD reserves the right to ship a package Signature Required to avoid lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via DHL Express at customer's cost. QuasarMD has no control over shipping speed once DHL picks up the package (packages may be delayed due to COVID-19). QuasarMD is not responsible for delayed or late packages handled by DHL. Please note that for countries outside the U.S., import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges and customs holding times may vary depending on the value of the package and the final destination address. We try our best to keep charges as low as possible, however we are unable to control or predict the final charges. If you need to pay import duties and taxes, the courier will contact you for more information ahead of delivery. If delivery is refused and the package is returned, shipping cost will not be refunded. Any fees, taxes and duties to return the package will be deducted from refund.

CANADA: We are unable to ship our products to Canada at this time.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal and AfterPay.

We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.
